1. Event Admission & Ticketing 

​

1.1 Each ticket grants single-day admission to Beauty Fiesta Christmas 2025 at Singapore Expo Hall 6A.​
1.2 Event runs on 5–7 December and 12–14 December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily.​
1.3 Last entry is strictly at 9:15 PM.​
1.4 All attendees must present a valid e-ticket for scanning upon entry.​
1.5 Children under 1.2m in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times.​
1.6 Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.​

1.7 VIP Pass holders are entitled to additional benefits including Fast Lane Entry, VIP Resting Area, Priority Cashier Service and Bonus Lucky Draw Entries. All VIP service areas and dedicated lanes will be clearly marked and subject to on-site staff direction. The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to the VIP facilities or access flow based on operational requirements.

2. Event Conduct & Safety  

​

2.1 Attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel.​
2.2 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for misconduct, disruptive          behavior, or violation of these T&Cs.​
2.3 No outside food, beverages, illegal substances, or dangerous items are allowed within the

      event venue.​
2.4 Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.​
2.5 The organizer reserves the right to amend event operations, including but not limited to entry flow,          stage programming, and prize draws, due to unforeseen circumstances or safety considerations.

3. Shopping Rewards & Redemptions

​​

3.1 Redemptions such as the Beauty Fiesta Gift Bag and Luggage Reward are available on a first-come,          first-served basis while stocks last.​
3.2 Spend S$300 or more in a single receipt to redeem a limited-edition Gift Bag (worth S$388).

      Spend S$1,200 or more in a single receipt to receive an exclusive Beauty Fiesta Luggage.​
3.3 Each qualifying customer may redeem one set per day.​
3.4 All redemptions must be completed during the event period. Unclaimed gifts after event closing will        be forfeited without notice.

4. Lucky Draw – Participation & Prizes 

​

4.1 Eligibility 

• Daily Lucky Draws: Open to all valid same-day ticket holders who have scanned their e-ticket for entry that day.​

• Grand Draws: Open to attendees who meet minimum spending requirements as stated below.​

• Lucky draw participation is open to all valid ticket holders, including the general public and event staff, with winners selected through a randomized digital process.​

4.2 Draw Schedule

Daily Lucky Draws

Daily Draws take place at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with the final daily draw held at 9:30 PM

on 14 December.​
Entries close 1 hour before each draw (2 PM → 1 PM; 5 PM → 4 PM; 9 PM → 8 PM;

Final 9:30 PM Draw → 8:30 PM).​
Entries received after a cut-off time will be counted towards the next available Daily Lucky Draw session, except for entries after 8:30 PM on 14 December, which will not qualify for any draw.

Grand Draws

Grand Draws take place at 9:00 PM daily, with the final Grand Draw at 9:30 PM on 14 December.​
Purchases must be scanned at cashier by 8:00 PM to qualify (8:30 PM on 14 December).​
Purchases made after the cut-off time will roll over to the next day’s Grand Draw, except for purchases made after 8:30 PM on 14 December, which will not qualify for any Grand Draw.

4.3 Entry Mechanics 

​Daily Draw entries are valid only upon successful e-ticket scan at the event entrance.​
Each valid e-ticket automatically qualifies for the draw session corresponding to the recorded scan time:

• 2:00 PM Draw: Entries scanned from 8:01 PM (previous event day) to 1:00 PM (same day)​

• 5:00 PM Draw: Entries scanned from 1:01 PM to 4:00 PM (same day)​

• 9:00 PM Draw: Entries scanned from 4:01 PM to 8:00 PM (same day)
   

Final 9:30 PM Draw on 14 December: Entries scanned from 4:01 PM to 8:30 PM (same day)​

VIP ticket holders receive double entries per round.​ Splitting, duplication or tampering with e-tickets will result in disqualification.

Grand Draws

• Grand Draw entries are valid only upon successful e-ticket scan by the cashier at checkout.​

• Spend S$1,000 or more in a single receipt to qualify for 1 entry.​

• Each additional S$100 in the same receipt earns +1 extra chance (no limit).​

• Only same-day receipts are valid; multiple receipts cannot be combined.​

• The Grand Draw qualification period runs from 8:01 PM (previous day) to 8:00 PM (same day), with a final cut-off of 8:30 PM on 14 December. For the first event day, eligibility for the 2:00 PM Daily Draw and the Grand Draw will be based on entries or purchases recorded from the time the event opens until their respective cut-off times.​

4.4 Prizes 

• Grand Prize 1 (5 Dec, 9 PM): Raffles Hotel 2-Night Luxury Stay (worth S$5,000)​

• Grand Prize 2 (6 Dec, 9 PM): Chanel Classic Wallet on Chain Black Caviar (worth S$5,300)​

• Grand Prize 3 (7 Dec, 9 PM): Rolex Submariner (worth S$16,150)

• Grand Prize 4 (12 Dec, 9 PM): Novela One-Time Shopping Credits (worth S$5,000)​

• Grand Prize 5 (13 Dec, 9 PM): Chanel Pearl Crush Square Mini Flap Handbag (worth S$8,400)​

• Grand Prize 6 (14 Dec, 9:30 PM): Luxury Travel Vouchers for Two (worth S$8,000+)​

• Daily Prizes: Dyson Supersonic Nural Hair Dryers (S$659), iPhone 17 Pro (S$1,700) and
  Mystery Beauty Boxes (worth S$100–S$300).​
  
  A total of 72 prizes will be awarded throughout the event.
  The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes of equal or higher value without prior notice.

Physical prizes must be collected in person or by an authorized representative during the stated prize collection period.​

Gift cards and vouchers will be distributed digitally or in physical form as determined by the organizer.​

Prize Voucher and Gift Card Terms​

A. Raffles Hotel Gift Card (Raffles Singapore Monetary Gift Card)

• The Raffles Hotel Gift Card, also referred to as the Raffles Singapore Monetary Gift Card, is issued by Raffles Hotel Singapore, with a total value of S$5,000.​

• The gift card can be redeemed only at Raffles Singapore for accommodation, dining, spa and wellness services, or other leisure activities managed by Raffles Hotels & Resorts.​
  Redemption is made by providing the gift card number or PIN at the hotel.​
  Recipients are advised to inform the hotel at the time of booking that the gift card will be used as the mode of payment.​

• The gift cards have no expiry date.​
  No replacement or reimbursement will be provided for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the cards.​
  The organizer shall not be liable for any dispute, claim, or issue arising from the use, validity, or redemption of the gift cards after issuance.​

B. Luxury Travel Vouchers for Two (Corporate Travel Services Luxury Travel Vouchers)

• The Luxury Travel Vouchers are issued by Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd, with a total value of S$8,000, consisting of four vouchers of S$1,000 and eight vouchers of S$500.​

• The vouchers are valid for two years, from 15 December 2025 to 14 December 2027, and can be used for leisure travel bookings arranged through Corporate Travel Services.​

• Winners will receive the original physical vouchers from the organizer. These physical vouchers constitute the “original vouchers” required for redemption. Redemption must be made by contacting sales@corporate.com.sg and presenting the original physical voucher during booking confirmation. ​

• Vouchers are valid only for leisure travel and not applicable for business or MICE bookings. They can be used to purchase air tickets, tour packages, or other travel-related products offered by Corporate Travel Services.​

• No refund or cash exchange will be provided for unused or partially used vouchers.
  Once expired, vouchers will be deemed void and no extension of validity will be granted.​

• Corporate Travel Services is not obliged to replace any lost, damaged, or expired vouchers.
  Winners are responsible for safekeeping the original physical voucher.​

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any dispute, amendment, or loss arising from the use, redemption, or validity of the vouchers after issuance.​
   

C. Novela Shopping Credits (Total Value S$5,000)​​

• The Novela Lucky Draw Voucher has a value of S$5000 and is valid from 1 January 2026 to 30 January 2026. It will be issued as a Novela cash voucher and can be redeemed only once, in a single transaction, at any of the 7 Novela physical stores. It is not valid on the Novela app or website.​

• The voucher is non refundable, non transferable and not exchangeable for cash. It cannot be used together with other vouchers or promotional redemptions unless Novela specifies otherwise. Transactions paid in full or in part with this voucher are not eligible for stamp issuance.​

• Any unused voucher value after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation. The organizer is not responsible for any dispute, claim or loss related to theuse, redemption or validity
  of this voucher.​

• Winners must reply to the lucky draw email from beautyfiesta@beureka.com with their Novela registered mobile number and email address for voucher issuance.​
   

4.5 Winner Notification & Prize Collection 

• Winners will be announced live on stage or notified via email/SMS by the organizing committee.​

• Attendance is not mandatory, but valid contact information must be submitted. 

• Winners who are not present during the announcement will receive a notification email from beautyfiesta@beureka.com with prize collection details

• The official winner list will be published within 10 working days after event concludes.

• All prizes must be claimed by 14 January 2026.
  
  Winners must present: 

• Photo ID

• Event e-ticket

• Original qualifying receipt (if applicable)

​

Unclaimed prizes after 14 January 2026 will be automatically forfeited without compensation.​

Failure to check or respond to email notifications by the deadline will be deemed forfeiture.

​

5. Data Protection   

​

5.1 By participating in the event and lucky draw, attendees consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event administration, draw operations, and follow-up communication in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). 
5.2 Winners agree to the use of their name, image, and statements for publicity without additional compensation.
5.3 The organizer may contact participants via email, SMS, or phone for prize verification or collection purposes.​

6. Disclaimers & Liabilities   

​

6.1 The organizer is not responsible for: 

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event 

• Inaccurate or incomplete participant information​ 

• Technical errors, network issues, or system failures affecting Lucky Draw results

6.2 The organizer reserves the right to modify event schedules, prize lists, or draw procedures due to operational or technical circumstances.​
6.3 All decisions made by the organizer are final and binding.​
6.4 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.​
