Terms & Conditions

(Last Updated: 8 June 2026)

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all attendees of Beauty Fiesta HUAT 2026 (“Event”) and govern participation in associated promotions including the Beauty Fiesta Lucky Draw

(“Lucky Draw”) and Shopping Rewards & Redemptions.​
 

By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, attendees agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. General Event Information​

1.1 Beauty Fiesta HUAT 2026 is a ticketed beauty shopping event held at Singapore Expo Hall 5B.​

1.2 The event will take place from 9 July to 19 July 2026, across the following event days:​

  • VIP Preview Sale: 9 July 2026 ​

  • Public Event Week 1: 10 to 12 July 2026 ​

  • Public Event Week 2: 17 to 19 July 2026 ​
     

1.3 Event details, opening hours, participating brands, product offers, rewards, lucky draw details and onsite activities may be updated from time to time on the official Beauty Fiestawebsite and official social media channels.​

1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, cancel or change any part of the event, promotion, reward, lucky draw, game mechanic, prize, schedule, venuearrangement or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice where reasonably required for operational, safety, regulatory or business reasons.

2. Ticket Purchase and Admission​

2.1 All visitors must hold a valid event ticket or pass to enter Beauty Fiesta HUAT 2026.​

2.2 Tickets are available via the official website: beautyfiesta.com.sg.​

2.3 Ticketing periods are as follows:​
 

  • Early Bird: 10 June to 23 June 2026 ​

  • Regular: From 24 June 2026 onwards ​
     

2.4 Ticket prices are as follows:​
 

  • General Admission: S$8 per day during Early Bird, S$10 per day during Regular ​

  • VIP Admission: S$20 per day during Early Bird, S$30 per day during Regular ​

  • 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass: S$50 per pax, limited availability ​
     

2.5 Each General Admission or VIP Admission ticket is valid for one selected public event day only,  unless otherwise stated.​

2.6 The 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass is valid for 9 July 2026 only.​

2.7 The 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass is limited to 1,000 shoppers, subject to availability.​

2.8 Visitors must present a valid ticket QR code for entry. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry if the ticket QR code is invalid, duplicated, cancelled, previously scanned orsuspected to be tampered with.​

2.9 Re-entry may be allowed on the same event day, subject to the event’s onsite re-entry process,

crowd control, safety requirements and staff instructions.​

2.10 Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser or the ticketing system.​

2.11 The Organiser is not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect customer information,

duplicated tickets, unauthorised ticket resale, ticket sharing or purchase throughunofficial channels.

3. VIP Admission Privileges

3.1 VIP Admission ticket holders enjoy added privileges on their selected event day, including:​
 

  • 3 Entry Draw chances per valid VIP ticket scan ​

  • Dedicated VIP Entry Lane, subject to onsite crowd control ​

  • Access to VIP Resting Area, subject to capacity ​

  • Access to selected VIP Priority Cashier Lane, subject to availability and onsite operations ​
     

3.2 VIP privileges are valid only on the date stated on the VIP ticket.​

3.3 VIP privileges are subject to onsite capacity, operating conditions, safety requirements and staff instructions.

3.4 VIP privileges do not guarantee product availability, reward availability, prize winning, faster payment completion during peak periods or access to restricted operational areas.

4. 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass 

4.1 The 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass is priced at S$50 per pax and is valid for 9 July 2026 only.​

4.2 The VIP Preview Sale opens from 2 PM on 9 July 2026. Exact closing time and last entry timing will be published

by the Organiser and may be adjusted based on onsite operations.​

4.3 VIP Preview Sale Pass holders will enjoy early access to Beauty Fiesta before the public event days.​

4.4 VIP Preview Sale Pass holders will receive 3 Entry Draw chances upon valid ticket scan.​

4.5 Entry Draw chances from 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass holders will be entered into the 10 July 2 PM

Entry Draw pool.​

4.6 If a VIP Preview Sale Pass holder makes a qualifying S$1,000 or above single receipt purchase on 9 July, the qualifying purchase will be entered into the 10 July 9 PM Grand Draw pool.​

4.7 VIP Preview Sale Pass holders may redeem eligible shopping rewards on 9 July, subject to the reward thresholds, stock availability and redemption rules stated in these Terms &Conditions.​

4.8 VIP Preview Sale Pass holders are not guaranteed any product availability, prize winning or reward redemption unless the specific benefit is expressly stated as guaranteed and allrelevant conditions are met.

5. Shopping Rewards and GWP Redemption

5.1 Shopping rewards are available to eligible customers who meet the relevant single receipt spend thresholds during the event.​

5.2 Rewards are available while stocks last and on a first come first served basis, unless otherwise stated.​

5.3 All rewards are based on same-day single receipt spend only. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.​

5.4 Each receipt can only be used once for reward redemption.​

5.5 The same physical or digital receipt must not be used for repeated reward redemption.​

5.6 The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipt that is unclear, damaged, duplicated, altered, refunded, voided, suspicious or not issued by the event cashier system.​

5.7 Reward eligibility is based on the final valid receipt amount after applicable discounts and promotions. Voucher treatment, if any, will follow the Organiser’s final system and cashiervalidation rules.​

5.8 Reward redemption must be completed at the designated Redemption Counter during event operating hours on the same event day.​

5.9 Customers must present the original same-day receipt for validation.​

5.10 After successful validation, the receipt will be marked as redeemed by physical stamp, sticker, system record or any other method determined by the Organiser.​

5.11 Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, store credit or other benefits.​

5.12 Reward images used in publicity materials are for illustration only. Actual reward design, colour, content, brand mix, model, size or packaging may vary.​

5.13 The Organiser reserves the right to replace any reward with another reward of similar type or value if the original reward becomes unavailable.​

5.14 For 9 July Preview Sale, Preview Sale Pass holders who spend S$800 or more in a single receipt may redeem one S$588 Beauty Goodie Bag. The S$588 Beauty Goodie Bag is limited to 500pieces total and is available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.​

5.15 For 9 July Preview Sale, customers who spend S$1,200 or more in a single receipt may redeem one BF Travel Luggage, while stocks last. ​

5.16 For 9 July Preview Sale, customers who spend S$2,500 or more in a single receipt may redeem one BF Custom Beauty Mahjong Set. The allocation for 9 July Preview Sale is 50 sets, whilestocks last.​

5.17 For Public Event Days, customers who spend S$300 or more in a single receipt may redeem one S$388 Beauty Goodie Bag. The S$388 Beauty Goodie Bag is limited to 500 pieces per publicevent day, 3,000 pieces total, and is available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.​

5.18 For Public Event Days, customers who spend S$1,200 or more in a single receipt may redeem one BF Travel Luggage, while stocks last. ​

5.19 For Public Event Days, customers who spend S$2,500 or more in a single receipt may redeem one BF Custom Beauty Mahjong Set. The allocation is 50 sets per public event day, 300 setstotal for public event days, while stocks last.​

5.20 For clarity, the BF Custom Beauty Mahjong Set allocation is intended to be 50 sets per event day, across 9 July Preview Sale and six public event days, subject to final stock confirmation.​

5.21 If any quantity stated in onsite signage, website, ticketing page or internal operation material differs due to stock adjustment, the Organiser’s final published announcement and onsiteredemption record shall prevail.

6. Entry Draw
 

6.1 Entry Draw is open to all valid same-day ticket holders who have successfully scanned their ticket QR code at the event entrance.​

6.2 No purchase is required to join the Entry Draw.​

6.3 General Admission ticket holders will receive 1 Entry Draw chance per valid ticket scan.​

6.4 VIP Admission ticket holders will receive 3 Entry Draw chances per valid ticket scan.​

6.5 9 July VIP Preview Sale Pass holders will receive 3 Entry Draw chances per valid ticket scan.​

6.6 Entry Draw eligibility is based on the ticket QR scan-in time recorded by the event system.​

6.7 Entry Draw sessions are scheduled at 2 PM, 5 PM and 9 PM on each public event day.​

6.8 For ticket scans before 1 PM, customers will be entered into the same-day 2 PM Entry Draw.​

6.9 For ticket scans from 1 PM to 4 PM, customers will be entered into the same-day 5 PM Entry Draw.​

6.10 For ticket scans from 4 PM to 8 PM, customers will be entered into the same-day 9 PM Entry Draw.​

6.11 Ticket scans after 8 PM will be entered into the next available event day’s 2 PM Entry Draw, unless otherwise stated.​

6.12 Ticket scans on 9 July VIP Preview Sale will be entered into the 10 July 2 PM Entry Draw.​

6.13 The final event day cut-off rule will be determined by the Organiser and published before the event. If no next available event day exists, entries after the final cut-off maynot be eligible for further Entry Draw participation.​

6.14 Each ticket QR code can only be counted based on the Organiser’s ticket scan record.​

6.15 The Organiser’s system record shall be final for Entry Draw eligibility, scan-in time, number of chances and draw pool allocation.​

6.16 Entry Draw prizes include hero prizes and Beauty Boxes, as published by the Organiser.​

6.17 Prize details, prize quantities, prize colours, product models and prize values may be updated or replaced by the Organiser if required.​

6.18 Attendance at the draw session is not required to win. Winners will be notified by email using the contact details submitted during ticket purchase.

7. Grand Draw
 

7.1 Grand Draw is open to customers who make a qualifying purchase of S$1,000 or above in a single same-day receipt during the event.​

7.2 Grand Draw eligibility is based on receipt purchase time and valid receipt amount.​

7.3 Multiple receipts cannot be combined to qualify for the Grand Draw.​

7.4 A qualifying S$1,000 single receipt gives 1 Grand Draw chance.​

7.5 Every additional S$100 in the same qualifying receipt gives 1 extra Grand Draw chance.​

7.6 For example, a S$1,000 single receipt gives 1 chance, a S$1,100 single receipt gives 2 chances, a S$1,200 single receipt gives 3 chances, and a S$1,500 single receipt gives 6 chances.​

7.7 Purchases made before 8 PM will be entered into the same-day 9 PM Grand Draw.​

7.8 Purchases made after 8 PM will be entered into the next available event day’s 9 PM Grand Draw, unless otherwise stated.​

7.9 Purchases made on 9 July VIP Preview Sale that meet the S$1,000 single receipt threshold will be entered into the 10 July 9 PM Grand Draw.​

7.10 The final event day cut-off rule will be determined by the Organiser and published before the event. If no next available event day exists, purchases after the final cut-off may not beeligible for further Grand Draw participation.​

7.11 Grand Draw chances are subject to successful receipt validation and system recording.​

7.12 Receipts that are refunded, voided, cancelled, duplicated, altered or suspected of abuse may be disqualified.​

7.13 If a qualifying receipt is refunded after being entered into the Grand Draw, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the related Grand Draw chances and recover any prize awarded.​

7.14 The Organiser’s system record shall be final for Grand Draw eligibility, receipt time, receipt amount, number of chances and draw pool allocation.​

7.15 The Nightly Grand HUAT Prize schedule is as follows:​
 

  • 10 July, Friday: SK Jewellery Mahjong Gold Beads 999 Bracelet ​

  • 11 July, Saturday: Chanel Mini Shopping Bag​

  • 12 July, Sunday: RIMOWA Original Check-In M & Cabin Set​

  • 17 July, Friday: LV Side Trunk Handbag​

  • 18 July, Saturday: Van Cleef & Arpels Vintage Alhambra Pendant ​

  • 19 July, Sunday: Disney Cruise Holiday Package
     

7.16 Prize pool value is above S$50,000, based on estimated retail value or stated prize value at the time of planning.​

7.17 Prize values are for reference only and may vary due to market pricing, model availability, taxes, currency movement, stock availability or supplier changes.

8. Dice Challenge Game
 

8.1 Dice Challenge Game is a free onsite engagement activity for event attendees.​

8.2 No additional payment is required to participate in Dice Challenge Game.​

8.3 Participants will be selected onsite by the MC or event staff, subject to crowd condition, safety, timing and stage operation requirements.​

8.4 Each selected participant must follow MC instructions and onsite game rules.​

8.5 Two selected participants may be invited to roll the giant dice on stage.​

8.6 The MC will announce the challenge rule before each round.​

8.7 Both participants will receive a small participation gift.​

8.8 One bonus winner may receive an additional non-cash game prize, subject to onsite game rules and the Organiser’s final decision.​

8.9 Dice Challenge Game prizes are not exchangeable for cash, store credit or other benefits.​

8.10 The Organiser may cancel, pause, shorten, extend, modify or replace Dice Challenge Game at any time due to safety, crowd control, stage schedule, regulatory or operational reasons.​

8.11 The Organiser’s decision on participant selection, game result, prize award and any dispute shall be final.

9. Hunt Mahjong Tile Game
 

9.1 Hunt Mahjong Tile Game is an onsite engagement activity held during Beauty Fiesta HUAT 2026.​

9.2 Hidden Mahjong Tile Cards may be placed at selected event zones, which may include category wagons, sponsor booths and photo spots.​

9.3 Customers who find a Mahjong Tile Card must keep the physical card and present it for validation when required.​

9.4 During selected draw sessions, the MC may announce a winning tile, tile type, serial condition or other validation requirement.​

9.5 Customers holding a matching tile must validate the tile at the designated Game Counter.​

9.6 Validation may include checking the physical tile card, serial number, ticket QR code, timestamp, event day and any other control information required by the Organiser.​

9.7 Only original valid Mahjong Tile Cards issued by the Organiser will be accepted.​

9.8 Damaged, duplicated, altered, copied, photographed, transferred, resold or suspicious Mahjong Tile Cards may be rejected.​

9.9 Each valid Mahjong Tile Card may only be redeemed once.​

9.10 Hunt Mahjong Tile Game prizes are available while stocks last and may vary by session.​

9.11 Hunt Mahjong Tile Game prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, store credit or other benefits.​

9.12 The Organiser’s decision on tile validity, winner eligibility and prize award shall be final.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Collection
 

10.1 All lucky draw winners will be notified via email using the contact details submitted during ticket purchase or recorded by the event system.​

10.2 Attendance at the draw session is not required to win, unless otherwise stated.​

10.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and contact details are accurate and up to date. The Organiser will not be responsible if a winner cannot becontacted due to incorrect contact details, email delivery failure, spam or junk mail filtering, mailbox issues, account restrictions or any other reason outside the Organiser’sreasonable control.​

10.4 Winners may be required to present proof of identity, valid ticket QR code, original receipt, order details or any other supporting documents required by the Organiser forverification before prize collection.​

10.5 All prizes must be claimed by 19 August 2026. Any prize that is not claimed by 19 August 2026 will be forfeited, unless otherwise approved by the Organiser in writing.​

10.6 If a winner fails to respond, fails verification, fails to provide the required documents or fails to collect the prize by 19 August 2026, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit theprize and select another winner where applicable.​

10.7 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, store credit or other benefits.​

10.8 The Organiser reserves the right to reject or disqualify any winner who is suspected of fraud, abuse, system manipulation, unauthorised resale, duplicate entry, falseinformation or breach of these Terms & Conditions.​

10.9 The Organiser may replace any prize with another prize of similar type or value if the original prize becomes unavailable.​

10.10 The Organiser is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty, product defect, after-sales service, repair, replacement, travel arrangement, tax, insurance, visa, personalexpense or other cost relating to a prize, unless expressly stated.​

10.11 For travel-related prizes, winners must comply with all booking terms, travel dates, blackout dates, passport, visa, health, insurance, tax, cruise, airline, hotel and supplierrequirements. Any additional cost not expressly included in the prize shall be borne by the winner.​

10.12 The Organiser’s decision on winner verification, prize eligibility, prize collection, prize forfeiture and any related dispute shall be final.

11. Product Offers, Prices and Availability
 

11.1 All product offers, prices, bundles, discounts, flash deals and promotions are available while stocks last.​

11.2 Product images, prices, savings claims and promotion examples used in publicity materials are for illustration and communication purposes only.​

11.3 Actual product availability, product condition, product size, shade, scent, variant, batch, expiry date, packaging and price may vary onsite.​

11.4 The Organiser and participating brands reserve the right to amend, withdraw, replace or limit any product offer, promotion, bundle, flash deal or price without prior notice.​

11.5 Customers should check product details, price tags, expiry information, product condition and suitability before making payment.​

11.6 All purchases are subject to the seller’s applicable sales, return, exchange and refund policies.

12. Customer Conduct and Safety
 

12.1 Customers must follow all event rules, venue rules, safety instructions, queue instructions and staff directions.​

12.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, remove any visitor or deny participation in any activity if the visitor behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent orinappropriate manner.​

12.3 Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.​

12.4 The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury caused by a customer’s own negligence, failure to follow instructions or events outside the Organiser’sreasonable control.​

12.5 Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.​

12.6 The Organiser may implement crowd control measures, queue limits, temporary access restrictions, area closures or activity suspension where required for safety oroperational reasons.

 

13. Photography, Videography and Publicity
 

13.1 Photography and videography may take place during the event.​

13.2 By entering the event venue, visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed or recorded by the Organiser, event partners, media, creators or appointed vendors.​

13.3 The Organiser may use event photos, videos and recordings for marketing, publicity, social media, reporting, archival and promotional purposes without further compensation,unless prohibited by law.​

13.4 Visitors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform event staff where reasonably possible, although the Organiser cannot guarantee exclusion from crowdshots or public area recordings.

14. Personal Data


14.1 Personal data may include name, email address, phone number, ticket information, receipt information, entry records, purchase records, prize records and other information required for eventoperation.​

14.2 The Organiser may share relevant personal data with appointed service providers, ticketing providers, redemption vendors, event staff, auditors, legal advisers or regulatory authorities wherenecessary for event operation, compliance, fraud prevention or dispute handling.​

14.3 Where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable consent requirements, the Organiser and its affiliated companies may use customers’ personal data to contact them with marketing and promotional communications relating to future events, products, services and special offers. Customers may withdraw their consent or opt out of such communications at any time.
 

15. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
 

15.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any customer, ticket, receipt, entry, reward redemption, game participation or prize claim that is suspected to involve fraud, abuse, systemmanipulation, duplicate redemption, false information, unauthorised resale, tampering, collusion or breach of these Terms & Conditions.​

15.2 The Organiser may request further verification documents before confirming eligibility, issuing rewards or awarding prizes.​

15.3 If a customer is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions after receiving a reward or prize, the Organiser reserves the right to recover the reward or prize, or claim the equivalent value fromthe customer.​

15.4 The Organiser’s decision on eligibility, validation, disqualification, prize award, reward redemption and any dispute shall be final.
 

16. Limitation of Liability
 

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost or expense arising from or relating to ticket purchase errors, incorrect customerinformation, unauthorised ticket resale, network failure, system error, email delivery failure, QR code scanning issue, product availability, promotion changes, stock shortages, reward or prizeunavailability, reward or prize replacement, queue time, crowd condition, event delay, schedule change, customer failure to follow event rules or staff instructions, or events outside the Organiser’s

reasonable control.​

16.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
 

17. Governing Terms

17.1 By purchasing a ticket, entering the event, making a purchase, redeeming a reward, joining a lucky draw or participating in an onsite activity, customers agree to be bound by these Terms &Conditions.​

17.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.​

17.3 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.​

17.4 In the event of any inconsistency between marketing materials, onsite signage, website information, ticketing information, FAQ, staff communication and these Terms & Conditions, theOrganiser’s final published Terms & Conditions and onsite system records shall prevail.

1. Do I need a ticket to enter the event? 

Yes, all visitors will need a valid ticket to enter.​

Each ticket is valid for one event day only.​

2. What is included in the ticket?

Full day access to event only offers, brand booths and product experiences.

Ticket scan also gives Entry Draw chances.

VIP ticket holders enjoy added privileges such as fast-lane entry,

VIP resting area, priority cashier service and bonus lucky draw entries.

3. How do I redeem the Beauty Fiesta gift bag and luggage?

Spend S$300 or more in a single day to redeem a limited-edition gift bag worth S$388.​
Spend S$1,200 or more to receive an exclusive Beauty Fiesta luggage.​
Redemption is available from 10 AM to 1 PM daily, while stocks last.​
Each customer can redeem one set per day.

4. Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Yes, on-site purchase is available by scanning the ticket QR code at the entrance.​
However, we recommend buying your ticket online in advance to secure entry and skip queues.

5. Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available at beautyfiesta.com.sg.

Onsite QR purchase may be available, subject to availability and crowd control.

6. What are the event dates and location?

VIP Preview: 9 Jul

Public days: 10 - 12 Jul and 17 - 19 Jul

7. What are the VIP privileges?

8. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend? 

 

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.​

9. How do I redeem the S$388 Beauty Goodie Bag?

Spend S$300 or more in a same day single receipt during public days

and redeem at the Redemption Counter. While stocks last.​

10. How do I redeem the luggage?​

Spend S$1,200 or more in a same day single receipt.

While stocks last.​

11. How do I redeem the Mahjong Set?

Spend S$2,500 or more in a same day single receipt.

12. Can I combine multiple receipts?​

No. Rewards are based on same day single receipt only.

Multiple receipts cannot be combined.

Each receipt can only be redeemed once.​

13. Can I leave the event area and come back?​

Same day re entry is allowed with the required stamp,

wristband or verification method.​

14. How does Entry Draw work?​

Scan your ticket at entrance.
General gets 1 chance and VIP gets 3 chances.

Draw session depends on scan in time.​

15. How does Grand Draw work?​

Spend S$1,000 or more in a same day single receipt.

S$1,000 gives 1 chance and every additional S$100 gives 1 extra chance.​

16. Do I need to be present to win?​

No. Winners will be notified by email using the details

provided during ticket registration or purchase validation.​

17. Can children enter for free?​

Children below 120cm may enter free with a paying adult.​​

18. Can I get a refund?​

Tickets are non refundable but transferable,

unless otherwise stated by the ticketing system or organiser.​
